How preorder works

Sweet and Glory is a confectionery wholesaler based in Trafford Park, Manchester. Alongside our main in-stock trade site at sweetandglory.com, we run this preorder site so trade customers can reserve stock from incoming purchase orders before it lands at our warehouse — typically at sharper prices and with a guaranteed allocation when it arrives.

Step 1 — Sign up

Open a preorder account at /signup.html. Tell us about your business and we'll review the application within one working day. Once approved we'll email you a sign-in link.

Step 2 — Browse incoming stock

Each product page shows the cases on order, the supplier-promised landing date, and the trade price for that preorder slot. Brand catalogue pages let you also order pallet- and FCL-volume stock from the suppliers we represent.

Step 3 — Reserve and pay

Add what you want to your cart and check out — payment is taken upfront via Stripe. The moment you pay, we lock your slot on the backing PO so the stock is yours when it lands.

Step 4 — We dispatch as soon as it's in

The day your stock lands at our Guinness Road warehouse, we allocate, pick, and dispatch. You get a confirmation email at preorder time and a dispatch email when it ships. The dispatch and delivery dates we promise at checkout are locked onto your order — see Delivery for the cut-off and transit times.

What about the main trade site?

Same company, same warehouse, same SKUs — your account works on both. Use sweetandglory.com for in-stock items you need today; use this preorder site for the next deliveries when you can wait a few days for sharper pricing or guaranteed allocation.
