Delivery

Preorders ship from our Guinness Road warehouse in Trafford Park, Manchester as soon as the backing stock lands. We commit to a dispatch and delivery date the moment you check out — that promise is shown on your cart, on the checkout page, and on every confirmation email.

When we dispatch

• Cut-off: orders placed before 12:00 (UK time) on a working day are scheduled for that day's dispatch (subject to stock availability).
• Dispatch days: Monday – Friday.
• Closures: we observe England & Wales bank holidays plus our annual warehouse Christmas shutdown (24 Dec – 2 Jan).

Transit times once dispatched

• UK mainland: 1 working day (DPD next-day).
• Offshore postcodes (Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands): 2 working days (DPD economy).
• Pallet deliveries follow the same calendar; carrier varies by zone.

Shipping cost

• Free over £1,000 ex-VAT — automatic at checkout.
• Below £1,000 ex-VAT: weight-banded parcel rate (DPD) or pallet rate depending on cart size and destination zone. The exact figure shows on your cart and checkout page before you pay.

What happens if stock is delayed

The ETA on each preorder reflects our supplier's promised delivery date when we displayed the page. If that supplier date slips:

• We'll email you with the revised dispatch and delivery date.
• If the ETA shifts by more than 14 days from the original date, you can request a full refund — see Terms & Conditions.
• If the supplier cancels the incoming PO outright, your preorder is refunded in full within 5 working days.

Collection

Collection from our Guinness Road warehouse is available on request — please contact us before placing the preorder so we can confirm the available collection window.
