Returns
If something's wrong with your order, we want to put it right. Please get in touch as soon as you spot the issue and we'll work through it with you.
Damages on receipt
Check your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged, sign the courier's POD as "damaged" and email info@sweetandglory.com within 48 hours with photos of the affected cases or pallet. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Short or wrong items
If the delivery is short, or contains the wrong SKU, email info@sweetandglory.com within 48 hours of receipt. We'll reconcile against the picking record and either ship the missing/correct stock or refund.
General returns
Sweet and Glory Preorder is a trade-only B2B service, so consumer-style 14-day right-to-cancel rules don't apply. Goods are deemed accepted in good condition on receipt; please raise any damage or shortage claim within 48 hours as above.
Returns of saleable, undamaged stock outside that 48-hour window are accepted at our discretion. Where we agree to take stock back:
- The goods must be unopened, in their original outer packaging, and within their best-before / use-by date with sufficient remaining shelf-life for resale.
- A restocking fee may apply (typically 15% of the line value) to cover handling, repacking, and any short-dated risk.
- Return-shipping is at the customer's cost unless the return is a result of an error on our side.
Email info@sweetandglory.com before returning anything so we can authorise the return and arrange collection or a delivery slot.
Refunds for non-arrival
- If the supplier's ETA on a preorder slips by more than 14 days from the original date, you can request a full refund — we'll process it within 5 working days.
- If the supplier cancels the incoming PO outright, we refund you in full within 5 working days automatically.
See Terms & Conditions for the full text.
