These are the terms governing preorders placed through preorder.sweetandglory.com.

Preorder terms

• Payment is taken at the time of preorder.
• Orders ship as soon as stock lands at our Guinness Road warehouse; the ETA shown on each product is our best estimate at the time of display and may change.
• If an ETA slips by more than 14 days from the original date, you may request a full refund.
• If incoming stock is cancelled by the supplier, your preorder is refunded in full within 5 working days.
