What is a preorder?

You're reserving stock from a purchase order we've placed with a supplier, before that stock lands at our warehouse. When the goods arrive, your slot is already allocated and we ship straight to you. See How preorder works for the full picture.

When do I pay?

Payment is taken in full at the time of preorder, via Stripe. We need it upfront because we're committing the stock to you the moment you check out.

How do I sign in?

We use passwordless sign-in. Enter your email at /signin.html, click the link in your inbox, and you're in. The link expires in 15 minutes — request a new one any time.

Why preorder rather than the main trade site?

Preorder pricing is typically sharper than in-stock, because you're committing in advance. You also get a guaranteed allocation on the incoming PO — useful for fast-moving lines that often sell through within days of landing. For anything you need today, our main site at sweetandglory.com shows current free stock.

How do you decide the ETA?

The landing date shown on each product is the supplier's promised delivery date as of the moment we displayed the page. It's our best estimate — if it slips, we'll email you with the new date. See Delivery for the dispatch + transit detail.

What if the stock doesn't arrive on time?

If the supplier's ETA slips by more than 14 days from the original date, you can request a full refund. If the supplier cancels the incoming PO outright, we refund you within 5 working days automatically. Full text in our Terms & Conditions.

How is shipping calculated?

Free over £1,000 ex-VAT. Below that, the cart shows the live shipping cost (parcel rate by weight band, or pallet rate by zone). See Delivery.

Are prices ex-VAT or inc-VAT?

The site defaults to ex-VAT pricing for trade clarity. Use the toggle in the top bar to switch to inc-VAT if you prefer — your choice is remembered on the device.

Can I cancel a preorder?

If the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us at info@sweetandglory.com and we'll process the refund. Once stock has shipped, the standard returns terms apply — see Returns.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship to UK mainland, the Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. EU + international expansion is on the roadmap.
